These Terms & Conditions apply to all individuals registering for or attending Global Data Centre & Cloud Expo Canada (the “Event”), organised by [Team Vertex Next Solutions]. The Event will take place on 20–21 October 2026 at The International Centre, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. By completing registration, purchasing a pass, or attending the Event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

All registrations must be completed through official Event channels and are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment where applicable. Delegate badges are non- transferable and must be worn within the Event venue at all times.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit registrations at its discretion, including where capacity is reached or eligibility criteria are not met. The Organiser also reserves the right to modify the Event program, speakers, dates, format, or venue if necessary due to operational or external circumstances; such changes shall not entitle participants to refunds or compensation.

Cancellations made for the Event are non-refundable.

Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and insurance arrangements, and the Organiser shall not be liable for any associated costs or losses arising from Event changes, postponement, or cancellation beyond its reasonable control.

By attending the Event, you acknowledge and consent to photography, filming, and recording that may include your image or likeness, which the Organiser may use for promotional, marketing, or reporting purposes in any media without compensation or further approval. All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and comply with venue regulations, safety instructions, and applicable Canadian laws.

The Organiser reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.

Force Majeure
The Organiser shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, nor for personal injury except where caused by proven negligence. The Organiser shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, public health measures, government restrictions, or venue unavailability.

Personal information provided during registration will be used for Event administration and in with event partners and sponsors. Communication, and related industry updates in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws. By registering, you consent to such use. All Event content, branding, and materials remain the intellectual property of the Organiser or respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. By registering for or attending Global Data Centre & Cloud Expo Canada, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
